These protein-packed lettuce wraps make the best lunch. The key is the flavorful filling.

Time: 30 min.

Servings: 2-4

  • 1 – 5.3 oz package Brami Garlic & Rosemary Lupini Beans
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400º.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the beans until they are roughly chopped. Do not over pulse.
  3. Once you’ve reached a consistency to your liking, transfer to a sheet pan or bowl.
  4. Over the beans, add the soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, paprika, and maple syrup. Toss until combined.
  5. Place in oven or air fryer. If air frying, cook 10 minutes, and if baking cook 15-20. Keep an eye on them and remove them once they are toasted and lightly brown.
  6. Taste and add salt & pepper as needed.
  7. Place in lettuce cups and serve with desired toppings.
