BBQ Pasta Salad 🥬 🍅

Ingredients

1/2lb Brami Fusilli

Olive oil, for drizzling

1 cup shredded kale

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion

1 small honeycrisp apple, diced

1/2 cup green goddess ranch dressing

1/4 cup bbq sauce + more to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Handful of crushed tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, then toss with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Add the cooled pasta and the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl. Toss until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving.
