Fusilli alla Limone with Brami Fusilli 🍋🧀

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Brami Fusilli

  • 8 tbsp butter

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated

  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water

  • Italian parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Brami Fusilli, reserving 1½ cups pasta water.

  2. Infuse the Butter: In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add 2 tsp lemon zest and stir for 15 seconds.

  3. Create the Sauce: Add 1 cup reserved pasta water and lemon juice, bring to a boil, and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Incorporate Cheese: Lower heat to medium-low, then slowly stir in Parmesan, a little at a time. If sauce gets too thick, add more pasta water until smooth and glossy.

  5. Combine & Serve: Toss in cooked fusilli, mix well, and top with chopped parsley.
