I prefer these to jarred lupini beans, which have tough shells / skins. They're a nice, high-protein snack.
These are amazing little snacks! Perfect to nibble on between meals. I also blend them with artichoke hearts, avocado, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and spices to make a nutritious dip for my veggies or flax crackers! Perfect!
My husband loves the Brami Lupini beans as much as I do! They make a great afternoon snack.
