Celebrate in-season produce with this tasty salad. The spicy beans pair perfectly with the creamy blue cheese dressing.

  • 2 bell peppers, grilled
  • 1 cauliflower, grilled
  • 1 – 5.3 oz package Brami Hot Calabrian Pepper Lupini Beans
  • 1 container mixed greens
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 cucumber, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved  
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • Blue cheese to taste



  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup blue cheese
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper



  1. Break down cauliflower into small florets. Toss with light olive oil.
  2. Grill the cauliflower florets and whole bell peppers in a grill wok until lightly charred and tender.
  3. Remove veggies from the grill. Once the bell pepper has cooled, cut into thin strips.
  4. To a bowl add mixed greens, walnuts, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, grilled cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, and lupini beans.
  5. For the dressing, mix together all ingredients.
  6. Onto the salad, sprinkle on blue cheese, and drizzle on the dressing.
