VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH

You might be skeptical, but this dessert hummus is incredible!


Next time you’re craving cookie dough, make this instead for a healthy treat that tastes like the real deal.

Time: 40 min.

Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Brami Original Bean Dip
  • 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 cups dark chocolate chunks
  • 1⁄2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the almond flour out in a thin layer. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven and let cool for 25 minutes.
  1. Meanwhile, in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the bean dip, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. You can also use a hand mixer for this step.
  1. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
  1. Fold in the chocolate chips and almond flour until thoroughly combined.
