Meet Rotelle: A Better Way to Roll

Mankind invented the wheel. Italy turned it into pasta. Meet Rotelle, Brami's newest pasta shape. Rotelle means "little wheels" in Italian. Sturdy spokes. Perfect proportions. Impeccable structural integrity. Michelangelo would be so proud.

Designed to catch bigger bites and chunkier ingredients, Rotelle has been a household favorite for generations. Now we're putting our own Brami spin on the classic, crafted in Italy from only two old world ingredients: durum wheat semolina and lupini superbeans.

A FEAT OF ITALIAN ENGINEERING

Nobody seems to know exactly when the first Rotelle rolled onto the scene, but the wagon wheel shape dates back to 20th-century Italy. Its exact origin isn't known, but we don't mind the mystery.

What we do know: the spokes give sauce plenty of places to hide, while the wide wheels are sturdy enough to hold their own alongside bigger ingredients. Cherry tomatoes. Crumbled feta. Olives. Bacon. Chunks of vegetables. If there's a lot of good stuff going on in your bowl, Rotelle can handle it.

And then there's the obvious: they're really fun to eat. There's a reason kids have loved these little wheels for generations.

PUT THOSE WHEELS TO WORK

Pasta salad? Yup. A chunky tomato sauce? Absolutely. Something cheesy, saucy, and loaded with vegetables? Now we're talking. Rotelle is especially good when there's more happening in the bowl.

Creamy Pesto Rotelle

Creamy ricotta. Bright pesto. Lots of Parmesan. Rotelle holds onto all the good stuff, with lemon and fresh kale microgreens to brighten things up.
