Vegan Taco Salad with Air Fried Lupini Beans

Taco Tuesday just got an upgrade.

  • 1 – 2.3 oz package Brami Chili & Lime Lupini Beans
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • Chips of your choice
  • Lettuce of your choice
  • Red onions, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced  
  • Vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Guacamole



  1. Pour the lupini beans in a mixing bowl and add lime juice, spices, olive oil, and salt, pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the basket of the air fryer.
  3. Bake 400˚F and cook 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through.
  4. Serve on a bed of greens or in tacos and top with red onions, tomatoes, cheese, and guacamole!
