I tried these as they seemed to be a great afternoon snack - low carb and high fiber, and was so pleased at how tasty they were as well!
I was worried about trying this. I could not be more pleased. The taste, the texture, the nutritional value...by far my new favorite. This will be our go-to pasta. I love the different shape options a well.
This pasta is by far the closest to regular pasta but without all the additives. My hubby prefers this to chickpea pasta which we were eating. My other family members are also liking it better than regular wheat based pasta. We will continue to but it from you.
